【いすみ】バーミヤン

御宿 帰省 初日。

御宿駅 18時半着。タクシーで帰宅。
部屋に荷物を置いて、お茶を一杯飲んでから
晩御飯を食べに「バーミヤン」いすみ大原店へ。

豊富なメニューに迷ったときに頼むのは
だいたい「酸辣湯麺(サンラータンメン)」と「焼き餃子」。
酸っぱくて胡椒の効いた不思議な味のあんかけ麺に、はじめて食べた数年前から今も変わらず好きなメニュー。

酸辣湯麺は中華香辛料・花椒（ホアジャオ）がピリリと効いて、スパイシーさが格段に増しています。
餃子は一口目で肉汁がジュワっと口内にひろがり「うまっ！」と、両者良い意味で嬉しい驚きです。

一流料理人が批評するテレビのお料理ジャッジ番組の影響でしょうか。
ファミレスの味の本格化に衝撃を受けた帰省初日の夜でした。

“Bamiyan” in Isumi Ohara city.

The first day of Ojima homecoming.

I arrived at Onishi station at half past twelve. I came home by taxi, put my luggage and took a rest, and ate dinner to “Bamiyan” Isumi Ohara store.

When asking for menus abundantly, I usually ask for “Sourtan noodles (sunrattan men)” and “Baked dumplings”.

The acid spicy noodles are spiritually active with Chinese spice · pepper (Hoa Jao), spicy is increasing remarkably. The dumplings came out from the inside with juice at the first mouth, “Shit!”, And both shocked in a good sense.
