【鎌倉】佐助稲荷神社
（さすけいなりじんじゃ）

銭洗弁財天にお参りした後は
ほど近い佐助稲荷神社へ足を運びます。

こちらにも頼朝公伝説が継承されており
ときは、鎌倉幕府創設 以前のこと。

伊豆の小島に流され弱りめの頼朝公の夢枕に
「今こそ平家討伐のとき」と激励する存在が現れます。

勝負の時と発起した頼朝公は
その後、鎌倉幕府 初代将軍まで一気に登りつめます。

「かくれ里の稲荷」と夢枕で名乗ったその存在を
幕府創設後、ここ佐助の谷に見つけ、お祀りしたのが始まりとのこと。

– 平家にあらずんば人にあらず – な世の中で
野武士をまとめ大逆転勝ちを収めた頼朝公の姿にあやかり
『出世の神様』として現代も強く信仰されています。

日中でもひっそりした森で
山すそに並ぶ赤い鳥居をくぐれば
凛としたお姿のお稲荷様が迎えてくれます。
